El Greco

El Greco or Domenicos  Theotokopoulos was born in Heraklion, Crete, in 1541. He was a painter, a sculptor and an architect of the Spanish Renaissance. The nickname “El Greco” means “The Greek” in Spanish.
In his mid-twenties he travelled to Venice and studied under Titian, who was the most renowned painter of his era. He lived, most of his life, in Spain and Italy. Then, he went to Toledo, where he resided, until his death.
However his paintings put him against the Catholic Church, the result of that, was that he was forced to Inquisition and he was the only person, that got away alive. El Greco’s best known work  is “the Burial of the Count of Orgaz”.
During the course of the execution of a commission for the Hospital Tavera, El Greco fell seriously ill and a month later, on April 7 1614, he died.
Although, El Greco was travelling around Europe, he never lost his Greek origins….

Ηe prefered to study at his home rather than at school. He studied at the High School Of Araou in Switzerland and then he studied Physics at the university of Zurich. There he got married in 1901 to his fellow student “Mileva Matric”. On 10th December 1921 the Royal Academy Of Sweden awarded him with the Nobel Prize Of Physics. Albert discovered the theory of “RELAVITY”, which gave answers to many questions of Physics. Unfortunately, Albert Einstein was diagnosed with aortic aneurysm. His surgery was turned into in vaia. Thenceforth, he didn’t attempt other surgery and stated that he prefered  to pass away. This fact happened on 18th April, in Princeton’s Hospital.
